FAQ

Welcome to RiverRun at Cheakamus Crossing. An intimate enclave featuring a collection of single-family and duplex lots in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trails and the majestic Cheakamus River. The perfect place to live and play.

Although these lots are market lots, and will not be resident restricted employee housing lots, Whistler 2020 Development Corporation (WDC) would like to support Council’s goal to have as many Whistler employees, retirees, and business owners as possible living in the community. To support that goal, WDC will allow qualifying local residents the first opportunity to make an offer on the lots through a special Locals Priority Program. NOTE: Locals Priority Program ended November 24, 2021.

Lot sizes vary starting at 5,500 sqft to 12,500 sqft. Single-family lots starting at $1,200,000. View Price List.
